Where is Legacy Ice Located and what are your store opening hours?

Legacy Ice is located in the Hatton Garden, London, United Kingdom. Our address is The Diamond & Jewellery Exchange, 99 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8NX. Our store hours are Monday - Saturday 11:00am 6:00pm GMT. You can also shop online with us at www.LegacyIce.co.uk.

Where do you get your jewellery from?

We have an in-house facility located in the diamond district of Gujarat where we design and manufacture all of our jewellery. As we manufacture all of our jewellery we can guarantee the highest quality.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit Legacy Ice?

Although an appointment is not required to visit Legacy Ice, it is preferred so we may match you up with an available Sales Professional. Please reach out to us on +44 7368 126790 to schedule an appointment today!

Is Legacy Ice an authorised Watch Dealer?

Legacy Ice is not an authorised dealer of any watch brands. However, any watch purchased through Legacy Ice comes with a 1 year Legacy Ice warranty in place of a manufacturers warranty.

Do You Buy Diamonds, Watches Or Gold Jewellery?

We do not currently buy diamonds, watches or other types of jewellery. We may do in the future so keep an eye out if our policy changes!

What quality Diamonds do you use for your Jewellery?

We typically use VVS/VS quality and F/G colour diamonds. If you are having a custom piece made with us you can contact us and specify the clarity and colour of the diamonds of your piece.

Orders

Can I track my order?

Yes, the day your item is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Can I place an order by phone?

We do not process orders over the phone for security purposes. If you would like to make a purchase, please visit us at our store or online.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed and confirmed?

Once you have received your confirmation email stating your item is in the process of being created, we cannot make any changes to the design, metal colour or diamond quality.

Can you resize a ring that I bought from Legacy Ice?

Yes, we will resize the ring, free of charge, within 30 days of purchase. We can typically re-size rings by two sizes, either up or down from the original size. Please note that eternity ring designs cannot be re-sized. Please contact us by phone at +44 7368 126790 or email at info@legacyice.co.uk and we will provide return instructions.

What is your online Return & Exchange Policy?

Legacy Ice DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow (1) exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. Jewellery items can be exchanged for jewellery, and watches can be exchanged towards watches or jewellery. Jewellery cannot be exchanged towards a watch. Please contact us by phone at +44 7368 126790 or by email at info@legacyice.co.uk and we will provide you with instructions on completing your exchange.

If you are sending an item back due to a manufacturer issue or for a ring sizing, please contact us by phone at +44 7368 126790 or by email at info@legacyice.co.uk. We would recommend insuring the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Legacy Ice is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

 

All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to Legacy Ice, The Diamond & Jewellery Exchange, 99 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8NX.

Legacy Ice will contact you upon receipt of the package. Our Quality Inspection team must confirm the returned jewellery has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 14-day period. All items must arrive back at Legacy Ice in their original condition.

Shipment

Will a signature be required for delivery?

Yes, an adult signature is required for the delivery of all Legacy Ice orders.

Does Legacy Ice ship internationally?

Yes, we ship orders internationally via DHL or UPS.Yes, we ship orders internationally via DHL or UPS.

Can you ship my item to an address different from my Billing Address?

Yes we can ship to a different address other than your billing address for most forms of payment. We will require an email or text stating that you authorise the order to be shipped to a different address, which you will provide.

If my order is shipped internationally, will I be required to pay Fees, Duties, Or Taxes?

The customs office of the destination country or region may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges on your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, you will be contacted by the carrier or the customs office to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. If the additional custom fees are not paid and the package goes missing on the way back to the sender, Legacy Ice will not issue a refund to the buyer.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and Meta Pay.

Will I be charged sales tax on my Legacy Ice purchase?

All orders are subject to 20% VAT, please note this will be included within the price of the product.

Warranty & Security

What does your Warranty cover?

We stand by the quality of our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection either in store or by mail. If we determine your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item, or replace it. Please refer to Ts & Cs for more information.

Is your website secure?

Yes, we have multiple layers of security to ensure your personal information and payment details are secure.
