Legacy Ice is not an authorised dealer of any watch brands. However, any watch purchased through Legacy Ice comes with a 1 year Legacy Ice warranty in place of a manufacturers warranty.
We do not currently buy diamonds, watches or other types of jewellery. We may do in the future so keep an eye out if our policy changes!
We typically use VVS/VS quality and F/G colour diamonds. If you are having a custom piece made with us you can contact us and specify the clarity and colour of the diamonds of your piece.
Yes, the day your item is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
We do not process orders over the phone for security purposes. If you would like to make a purchase, please visit us at our store or online.
Once you have received your confirmation email stating your item is in the process of being created, we cannot make any changes to the design, metal colour or diamond quality.
Yes, we will resize the ring, free of charge, within 30 days of purchase. We can typically re-size rings by two sizes, either up or down from the original size. Legacy Ice DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow (1) exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. Jewellery items can be exchanged for jewellery, and watches can be exchanged towards watches or jewellery. Jewellery cannot be exchanged towards a watch. We would recommend insuring the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Legacy Ice is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

Legacy Ice will contact you upon receipt of the package. Our Quality Inspection team must confirm the returned jewellery has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 14-day period. All items must arrive back at Legacy Ice in their original condition.

Yes we can ship to a different address other than your billing address for most forms of payment. We will require an email or text stating that you authorise the order to be shipped to a different address, which you will provide.
The customs office of the destination country or region may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges on your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, you will be contacted by the carrier or the customs office to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. If the additional custom fees are not paid and the package goes missing on the way back to the sender, Legacy Ice will not issue a refund to the buyer.

We stand by the quality of our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection either in store or by mail.
